So, what’s next? The simple answer is self-care. In an earlier blog posts, I mentioned my weight gain. When I began this writing project, I thought I’d created new eating habits, but obviously not well enough. Getting back on track with my health is where I’m starting in 2019.
Here are some of my 2019 plans:
- January 2nd begins my new adventure into yoga.
- January 9th, Jerry, my rat terrier, and I will start back on our daily walks.
- Between the end of January and the beginning of February, I’m joining Curves.
My goals are to lose 60 pounds and build up enough stamina to: 1) ride my bike the entire length of the Levee Bike Path and back 2) join a bicycling club. So what about novel? I’m not sure, but I’m hoping to have some answers by May. If you’d like to stay connected, I’ll still be active on Twitter. Actually, I plan to use it as an accountability tool in 2019.
